Hi -I am a retired man aged 65 -early retired due to arthritis - a warner climate definitely helps. I have a friend living in the Pilippines Northen Mindanao region - and I am exploring the possibility - ins and outs -of moving to that region. i have a long - term interest in arts - sciences - and am quite cuturally adept .
