Milestogo

I am from Murwillumbah, northern NSW in Australia. I am an almost 62 year old guy wanting to retire in Chiang Mai if possible. I am looking to connect with any other guys who have successfully retired in Chiang Mai and know the process of paying for land using a national, and building a house on it with a 30 year lease. I understand it is quite risky and that is why I would like some advice.
