I am a 49 year old female who will be traveling to China in 2018. I will be teaching English foreign language but I am a psychologist by profession. I have never traveled to Asia and will be taking a sabbatical for 1 to 3 years. Although I wish to immerse myself in the local culture, I would like to be in touch with fellow South Africans and other travelers living in Shanghai China. I lived in Europe and the United Kingdom and I look forward to being a part of a country that is geographically, culturally and spiritually diverse.
