My philosophy is one of compassion and generosity, I always put others before myself and am always putting myself out for others.
I joined expat.com on 01 March 2011.
Left the britiah Army in 1999 after 23 years of service. Have travelled the world during this time.

Was a British army tank driving and maintenance advisor to the Sultan of Oman's armoured forces. Absolutely loved the local Arab people and enjoyed working and socialising with them. I learned some colloquial Arabic before I went. I enjoyed trips out to the desert out there too. It was a wonderful lifestyle and would like to experience it again.
The people, the climate, the work, honourable and loyal local friends, general lifestyle,
In summer months the heat can be overbearing, red tape beaurocracy was ridiculous, cost of motor vehicles far too high
