My name is David Ryder, UK born, divorced, three kids that I only hear from when they need a hand out, emigrated to Egypt eleven years ago, live in Karnak, Luxor which is upper Egypt. I own my own home with a long term tenant renting my other apartment , large garden with swimming pool close to the Nile river, five crazy cats, an even more, but beautiful, crazy girlfriend. In Luxor we have no bars, no decent restaurants, no entertainment of any description, the highlight of the day is a quick glimpse of a female ankle. The weather is superb year long, can reach upto 50%+ in the summer months. Tried Germany, didn't like it, tried Athens, even worse, just to get out of this now oppressive country. So I'm now planning my first three week holiday in Pattaya. I've watched literally hundreds of vlogs, feel that I know the place inside out LOL. Not decided on which hotel yet and my actual travel dates will depend on my visa renewal date, another fly in the ointment living here, but looks like August. That's all I can think of, hope I haven't sent any readers to sleep.
