I'm Jake. I grew up in the small town of Mora, Minnesota, USA. In 2002, I traveled to Turkey for a short trip. Before I knew it, I was planning my next visit. By 2003, I'd moved to Turkey and was falling in love with a young lady named Rana and with the beautiful country of Turkey. I got married shortly thereafter. My wife and I have lived in Adana ever since. I now work from home for a company in Tulsa running a small DVD business over there. I blog to share what I discover about how to enjoy one's life in Adana, Turkey.
