We are hoping to come in fall of 2018 for three months to get a feel of where to settle. Our goals to find are reasonable cost of living area, close to beach, safe, some English speakers around. We know little Spanish yet. Any suggestions are appreciated. When we come we will rent for now. We may buy later. Plan to come 4-6 months a year (winter) to start.
