Originally from Montreal QC but spent most of my life from 20 YO with the Canadian Air Force... I retired from the Military after 23 years service in 1998 but am still employed by National Defense as a Civilian... I am now ready to finally fully retire and can go at anytime... Just waiting out for the right moment which I think has arrived... After exhaustive research and many words with many friends who have gone before me, I have decided that the Dominican Republic fills all my needs...
