Hello, I am Ann Joz - from Poland. I have 25 years of experience in hospitality management, I possess the skills and expertise to lead by example, to ensure complete customer satisfaction and business success. My life has been dedicated to the hospitality industry, and I have worked my way up from receptionist to manager and business owner. I have managed two-, three-, and four-star hotels, and last year I sold my own successful hotel which had 12 suites. I have extensive experience in marketing, gastronomy, housekeeping, front desk, events, local orientation, and the personal care of visitors from around the world. I have worked with travel agencies throughout Europe. I do love working in Europe, in the beautiful, historic city of Krakow, Poland; however, I feel that it is time to take on a new challenge that has been my dream: to open myself to your wonderful culture and new opportunities.
