Introduction

English PADI Course Director came to Vietnam in the mid 90's and established Rainbow Divers, the 1st PADI Divecentres in Vietnam. Now omnipresent throught southern Vietnam setting standards for recreational diving and PADI Training courses. Centres in Saigon, Phu Quoc, Con Dao, Nha Trang + Whale Island. www.divevietnam.com
