Well I am a South African live in Cape Town. I am from turkish/indian background, 4th generation south african. Travelled to 15 countries around the world and still travelling. Worked in the baking industry all my life. I was an owner of 3 bakeries here in Cape town over the years. Qualified as baker/pastry chef worked in different. The last country i visited and stayed was New Zealand. I workedd in many baking establishments internationally. I will now be travelling to Nigeria on a a baking consultancy project.
