I am an Indian (Andhra Pradesh). I am expected to come to this below address by next few months tenure (Latest by 1st week of July 2011) as Giheung-gu, Yongin-si,Gyeonggi-do. Kindly any body help me in this regard I am coming to seoul for work permit (E-7 Visa). Basically, I am having some concerns as am a Vegan (Vegetarian) can I able to survive such low temparature as in and around 7 degrees.
