I am the Public Defender in Dawson County, GA, married, and have a daughter who is a Freshman at Sewanee: The University of the South. I plan to retire in 3 years. My college roommate for all 4 years at the U.S. Naval Academy was an Ecuadorian national. He is retired from the Ecuadorian Navy and is CEO of a risk analysis company headquartered in Guayaquil. I'm visiting Ecuador in April, with an eye to retiring there.
