i'm Moroccan with a Mediterranean background, preparing life in Chania Crete, Greece. holding an MBA in general management most of my life was in the gulf working in hospitality and tourism sector from the hotel operation to the college lecturing, done some academic researches which one got published lately. has published my cook book "bachelor's cooking" and preparing for a new one. now working in Kazakhstan as camp operation's consultant.
