I am a Norwegian, who dere invited to Indonesia by girl to marry. And so i did, we did, after 10 months online partnership. I went to Indonesia, spent 45 days with family in Village Rego in Flores, and both traditional and Church ceremonies were completed as required. Then when We started process of getting her passport it took so long, i had to return to Norway, renew my visa and come back. When i came back, she was a totally different person. And had met up with some girlfriends and she entertained men from whom she cheated money from, and it all seemed like a preplanned scam. Not by family, but by her (maybe family also were in on this fraud plan). So now we may be going to Norway, because i know she has not commited sexual acts, because it's almost impossible, to small/tiny, and she does it to provide money she says for her very poor family. I of course, having programming experience surprised her and one of her victims, but still she has not stopped. Someone might be hurt real bad by this Because of my past in martial arts. But i decided to not hurt anyone but simply concider suing her for fraud. The marriage have followed all legal necessities, but is not registered yet by State of Indonesia nor the Kingdom of Norway, because of Extreme corruption in Indonesia. How are my chances to win in a court case.? Is it possible to get refund of some of the 350+ million Rupiah spent on marriage not to mention time stolen. Expenses and socalled Dowry where you give family certain amoint of money to "purchase" her according to let cal custom? The Shame, which is a big deal here, will be extremely heavy on her, and although I am willing to forgive and Forget (because no sexual act yet happen), is there a norm or cases like this I can compare to? Any help would be appreciated. Because i Love her, and she loves me, but plays a game of living 2 lifes. I can always track her, and find her and destroy 3 lifes in 1 meet up, but have refrained from this. I have surprised her once, and she and the man was terrified. But money is obviously more important than love. Even though all this has happened she says she wants to go to Norway with me, in 15 days, and we leave to get Visa in 2 days. That is March 18. 2018. What can i do and what are my chances in a court of law? 350 million is not that much but enough to maybe go for a court case. The marriage is not legalised by the 2 States due to her tardiness... Even though I have the No Impediment to marriage div and we married in Catholic Church. Also traditional wedding (Manggarai). What are my options. Kind Regards
