I'm an American who has lived in the Czech Republic for 7 years and recently just moved to Sweden to be with my Swede.

Studied, lived, loved.
So laid back! Great lifestyle in the city, great traveling around, Prague is really the center of Europe!
The men aren't the greatest, very sexists, the cheating/stealing that comes with the Czech culture. And the fact that Czechs are so pissy all the time gets old very quickly (but one also gets used to it!)
