Got oman work visa but don't want to join job. by DADASHRI

I my employer in oman applied for my work visa but now I don't want to join them. Can I get into any trouble legally. I visited oman on tourist visa for 1 month and returned to India. Now I don't want to joint them and will stay in India ...
