For years I have organized events in Rome, managing and training almost 400 staff members between public relations, bartenders, security operators, cloakroom attendants, hostess, artists and much more. Followed by almost 30.000 people on social media such as Facebook and Instagram and then a consultant for high schools, universities in Rome, sports organizations, non-profit cultural associations, event organizations, companies and discos. I managed almost 7 events a month as Event Planner and Counselor for events with thousands of participants. Refining my skills in these years, such as problem solving, leadership, team building, sales techniques, negotiation, management, public relations and stress management. In the last 3 years I was a bilingual costumer service representative in Italian, French, English and Portuguese language for a multinational in Lisbon and now, working remotely, I'm the Founder of a recruitment society in Portugal.
