i have volunteered with med-surg teams to various countries in my 40 year career of being a physician as i am a bd certified anesthesiogist/trauma surgeon. would like to come to libya to help out in a hospital in a city like Benghazi. for 2-3 weeks. need to have plane ticket room and board for this tour. i am in good health, not addicted to narcotics, and am not dependent on alcohol. am a quick study in languages. jp miller, md
