I believe that with my knowledge I can make an immediate and valuable contribution to your bakery business in Asia (especially in South East Asia) I have gained wide experience since 25 years; I have been involved in the artisan and the bakery industry; particularly as head baker, technical advisor and instructor. I have set up plants & elaborated many products for start-up bakeries in Asia; I have also been teaching basic & advanced bakery in Japan for 4 years; now I am offering consulting services; I am getting ready to work with a motivated team in countries I know some of the challenge of the bakery market and work environment.
