I am Ivica, 28 years old. I am in persuit of new life and happiness. I want chance for decent life and salary. My greatest motivation is knowledge, experience and progress, development. Trough my life, in elementary school, high school, university, at work place, in my surroundings, I realized that there are so many better, smarter more talented people then me. One day asked myself how can I be like them? No. How can be better then them? And answer was so simple. I must work twice as much. And since then my life changed.
