I am a realtor considering retiring in 4 years probably in Panama. I am looking for a region that is not too humid but offers possibilities for fishing and boating, preferably with car access to Panama city. Pension will be $ 900/month plus 100K minimum in cash to invest in a house or other. Why not plan early ? I speak English and French and intend to start Spanish soon.
