Introduction
I'm from the city of Chicago and have been in the Netherlands since late August, 2017. My wife has been here for about a year longer than me as she accepted an offer of employment for an international education foundation. Given the recent change to the 30% ruling, our future here is now in doubt and I am looking for answers, advise, and guidance to help us make a decision regarding our future.
