Ruud van Vugt

After successfully finishing my degree as Food Technologist (specialization in bakery technology), I started working at DANONEs biscuit division LU in 1982 as R&D manager. After proven management skills I became Plant manager (1987) of one of the LU factories in Western Europe. After 12 successful years at Danone LU and five more years in food I started at Capgemini as Project Manager, responsible for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system integration, managing more than 12 ERP implementations (Heart Profit, SAP & JDE) whit in the Consumer Product Retail & Distribution market. I made food & pharmacy business transformations to ERP and clinical software environment. Good in communicating and building teams with an eye for pitfalls and bear traps.
