Matija Smolcic

23 years old. I'm passion about traffic and driving from my chiledhood. I have adored study vehicles and traffic, so I enrolled Traffic high school for driver ( C + E category). After that I want to broaden my knowledge so I enrolled Zagreb traffic high school, course: Technician of traffic. My first work experience was in the company Otium putovanja. I was car driver who transfer people to the hotels, on a excursions, to a airports... There I learned how to dealing with customers and how to satisfy our and their needs completely. After that I worked in Hac ( Croatian highway maintenance). There I At HAC I work maintenance od roads. In a winter season I cleaning a snow with snowplow. During the summer I work with tractors with mowing machine and transporting machines from a destination to a destination with low loader. Also setting signalizations signs is not strange to me during some roadworks and accidents in HAC. In 2018 I finished course for Shift route manager. They gave me the opportunity to make my first shifts as a shift route manager. I take care about the technical safety of the road and I led the logistics roads and people.
