I joined expat.com on 14 February 2019.
I am retired and enjoy the country of Gozo and sometimes Malta
I live in Gozo which people consider the village of the country. I get along with village life. Wheever I have the desire to go to town I will take the ferry and cruise to Malta.
I am generally satisfied, but I realized the Maltese have to go a long way to get their houses being insulated against cold weather, hot weather and noise.
I settled down with new employment and new occupation
Kassel is a town with several parks and a place for artlovers. The documneta art exhibition is known worldwide. Historically Kassel is the Coventry of Germany.
Kassel is a big busy town. Traffic is often as bad as in Malta.
When I got married I tried to settle down in Arima. However at that time there was recession and I gave up on that venture after almost 2 years.
The weather was always nice . The nature is beautiful with plenty greenery.
The country has too much crime and racism.
