I am from Jacksonville,Florida area . I strongly wish to retire to Philippines. My dream is to "own-lease" house on "out-of-the-way" beach front. Wish to home-farm corals to repopulate dying reefs. I write books all the time.... overdue to publish (another dream do-able). Reasonably athletic,unreasonably playful. Impish humor. High on romance,low on trespassioning. On retirement income, modest.
