I have lived in the USA, the UK, Singapore, and Japan. As an entrepreneur, writer, and academic, I have worked to better understand the acquisition of cultural competency, and successful migration and integration for expatriate communities. My written work has appeared in publications in the USA, UK, Singapore, and Canada. Currently, I am a graduate student at the University of Tokyo and, as a Koga Shinsuke Research Fellow, I am conducting a comparative ethnological study of Singapore and Tokyo as metropolitan hubs to attract and retain Global Talent.
