I am a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 20 years valuation experience in appraising residential, commercial, light industrial and many other classification of properties for financial lending institutions, insurance companies, attorneys, etc. Property Management experience managing a portfolio of over 1,500 properties and managing the operation and sale of a boutique hotel. I have a BSc (First Class Honors) in Estate Management and Masters Certificate in Project Management - obtained from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom. Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access; in managing valuation surveying professionals and hotel staff - which includes prioritizing tasks, assignment of work, hiring of staff, etc.; in managing clients and hotel guest expectations, preparing valuation reports, operational budgets, memorandums and impairment review reports.
