I am a Romanian opera singer who moved in Alexandria .Here i am the Choir master of Bibliotheca Alexandrina ,Owner and vocal coach at Belcanto studio Egypt http://www.belcantostudioegypt.com/index.html https://www.facebook.com/BelcantoStudioEgypt Belcanto studio Egypt is a professional vocal studio one of the few studios’ in the middle east which teaching classical and contemporary singing techniques “Classical, Rock, POP, Broadway”with differentiated approach .The studio is also the only one in Alexandria who is working with children starting age of 9 years old .I graduated from Musical High school of Bucharest” Dinu LIpatti “in 1993. In 2000 i graduated from National University of Music and obtained Bachelor’s Degree in classical canto. I continue studying with Master Class with famous singers like, Viorica Cortez, Ionel Voineag. Summary of Experience: - International Festival “George Enescu” (September 1998). (Soloist) -Operetta Theater Ion Dacian (January 1999- August 2001). (Soloist) -National Opera Theater of Bucharest (September 2001- August 2007). (Soloist) - Comic Opera for Children of Bucharest (September 2007 – April 2012). Soloist - vocal coaching and counsellor of artistic board of the theater) -Bibliotheca Alexandrina (April 2012 present day) Vocal Coach – official choir master of Bibliotheca. -Owner and vocal coach at Belcanto studio Egypt Awards: First prize in National contest Mihail Jora (1997). Honourable mention in International opera contest Hariclea Darclée (1997). Third prize in lied interpretation contest Ionel Perlea (1998). Second prize in national opera contest Sabin Dragoi (1999). Prize of the Young Artist of Bucharest Town Hall prizes for Art and Culture (2009) Career tours: Been in tours around the world as a professional singer and teaching in private and master classes in: Italy, Spain, France, Germany, USA, Canada, Thailand, Egypt, Tunisia, India, Kuwait, Republic of Dominica, Caribbean Islands, Croatia, Bulgaria, and Republic of Moldavia.
