I have been visiting Lithuania for over 10 years. Kaunas in particular. I would like to relocate to Kaunas and get a small job there to enhance my small NHS pension. I have a vast experience working in an office environment; using most standard office equipment and IT software. I have had several years experience in a receipt and distribution environment. I have credits and returns, audit, inventory, and stock control experience. I am a quick learner and I have good attention to detail. I have a lot of data entry experience, a confident telephone manner and I am a good listener. I am respectful of the needs of other people and their various requirements/workloads. I can multi task and I can fit in with existing processes. I have managed and maintained a sophisticated hospital adverse event, claims, complaints and Freedom of Information SQL database and provided bespoke analysis and reports as and when requested. I am skilled in the use of scanners and pdf software, to compile electronic archives of hard copy and adding this information to relevant sections of a database, or to an electronic document management system. I was the Trust Policy Officer for Portsmouth Hospitals for 13 years, formatting and publishing corporate policies and clinical guidelines onto the hospital internet; this was in the public domain. I was also responsible for maintaining a competent register and a competent access restricted electronic archive, available on the hospital intranet. I was also the Trust Internal coordinator for Emergency Planning and Business Continuity. Maintaining a Hospital Emergency Planning Share point website and library on the intranet. Providing advice/training to all Hospital Major Incident / Business Continuity Responsible Persons. Providing advice generally on Major Incident / Business Continuity / Emergency Planning and developing an intranet audit proforma for all Hospital Share point intranet sites. I have worked in a lively inbound call centre environment. I can proof read and can consistently produce and maintain clean and accurate reports, registers, procedures, assurance frameworks, risk registers, general documents and presentations, to an agreed publication/presentation/corporate standard.
