I am a Professional Planning Engineer from University of Liverpool John Moores University United Kingdom, Sri Lanka UGC recognized B.Sc. (Hons) in Civil & Structural Engineering degree and Certified GREENSL® Associate Professional awarded by GREEN Building Council Sri Lanka. Moreover, I hold the student membership of Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE), which is the largest professional body of Civil Engineers in the world. I have worked as a Contractor's Planning Engineer holding nearly 4 years of industrial experience in Sri Lanka. Very recently I have attended the Real Estate Development De-constructed - Certified by CPD London , Feasibility Studies: Preparation, Analysis & Evaluation - Certified by IMA Doha Chapter, Building Sciences Quality Assurance Past, Present and Future - Certified by ASTM International Standards - Worldwide Training program at Doha Exhibition & Convenience Center Qatar Also attended the Price Fluctuation Formula and Contractual Claims training courses conducted by Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) Moreover, I have a sound knowledge on areas such as management and finance as I have passed the Financial Accounting in CIMA (UK). Furthermore, I have pursued courses in AutoCAD and Primavera (P6) as I believe the acquired knowledge will great support my career.
