Outside of work, my passion for human movement extends to a long history of dancing. Currently I dance salsa competitively and on occasion teach. In 2014 I started my own Salsa social club in Queenstown NZ which now has over 1000 members and runs weekly classes and social events. I have always loved learning about and experiencing different cultures. While at school I did an exchange to Japan and hosted students from around the world both in high school and University. In recent years I have travelled extensively including cycling across Texas, traveling solo through China and Europe, and studying in Canada. I love being able to connect with people with different beliefs, backgrounds and languages. As well as developing a deeper understanding of how and why people and communities are motivated.
