Presently I am working as an Assistant Professor( Human Resource Management) at ICFAI Business School, Dehradun. I have 8 years of teaching experience. My research interest includes Sustainable HRM, E-government, Job performance, Technology Adoption, Job Satisfaction and E-learning. I have published 14 research papers in reputed journals (ABDC Rating & SCOPUS Indexed) and presented many research papers at various national and international conferences. I am also the on reviewer board of many national and International Journals (Emerald, Inderscience, etc.). I have also been a co-investigator in Minor Research Projects on Citizens Perceptions of E-government Services Offered by New Delhi Municipal Council sponsored by Symbiosis International University, Pune. I have also authored a book on Business Management for Nagpur University.
