Greetings, In my efforts to earn employment with your organization, I am writing this letter. I am a Lebanese lady who started my carer path in Lebanon and enriched it in the Gulf. More than 10 years in customer service and retail experience in Fashion with 5 years store manager, handled more than 14 employee in managing a 900 Sqm flagship; chosen for the opening of Ralph Lauren flagship in Prestige avenues Kuwait as an assistant store manager and then took a very positive feedback which led for running the store s store manager after 4 months later. Inducted trainings and coaching for managers of other divisions in one of the companies I have worked for. Given responsibilities of an area manager during the AM absence and created a useful operation tool for the staff which was used in all company divisions later. Took new challenge in Jewelry industry and gained very strong experience in this field and learned new communication tools between the new types of clients and the employee. After working as BM and Area manage, I have gained and improved my multi task skills, leadership skills, decision making skills and the technical operational skills. As well I am newly to the motherhood experience which is even harder to gain than any other previous I had. Back to business with new strong vision of future and willing to relocate.
