I traded sunny southern California for the rainy and often-crazy city of Can Tho, over 5 years ago. Life was tough, in the beginning, but I got a lot tougher and stuck it out. Aside from being able to learn a slew of things about Vietnam, I also learned a lot about myself. My families and friends thought that I was crazy at first. But now, as I get more and more comfortable about life in Vietnam, it is looking more and more like I will have the last laugh.
