I currently live in New Berlin, Wisconsin, USA and plan on retiring to San Bernardino, Paraguay together with my wife, Carol. We adopted a son in Paraguay in 1989 and have had a connection with the country for several years including forming a charity to help people in that country. We own a small home in Bernardino. We are motivated to retire there because of the lower cost of living. It also appears to be a safe place to live.
