I sold my guest lodge & restaurant in Wisconsin USA and moved to Portugal (Cabanas de Tavira in the eastern Algarve) in November, 2021. I left the US in search of new adventures, greater peace & joy, and to escape the current political madness in my native country! Interested in meeting new friends who are not American Trumpers.

Yet I hope to read and speak Portuguese well enough to communicate on at least a basic level and pass the Portuguese citizenship test following five years of
