I'm retiring 2021 after being a Psychiatric nurse in Wales for the past 34 years. I am looking to relocate to Phnom Penh initially for 9 months of the year at first, for a couple of years, then possibly relocate permanently? I have travelled to the area a few times now, there last in March 2020, returning for 6 weeks October / November 2020 and for 2 months in February / March 2021, with a view of moving out July 2021.
