Main Single Line Diagram, Substation, LV, Electrical room layout, Lighting and Raw power layouts, Lightning protection layout, Earthing layouts, UPS & Raw Power Distribution layouts, Bus duct layout, Rising Main layout, DB Mounting, & Section details. ? Designing of ELV (Telephone & Data) layout and LC (CCTV) Layout and schematic as Local & International Regulations in accordance with DU/Etisalat, DM, Dubai Police, and Trakhees & Other relevant Standard. ? Designing of Fire Alarm, Emergency lighting, Access Control and Public Addressing Systems schematic & layout as per Local & International Regulations in accordance with NFPA, DM, DCD,and Trakhees & Other relevant Standard. ? Designing & preparation of shop drawings and general installation detail layout for MV, LV, ELV, Earthing, Lightning Protection, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Access Control, Closed Circuit Television & Public Addressing Systems schematic and layout. ? Preparation of Electrical Main Single Line Diagram and Load Estimate/Load schedule. ? Designing Electrical Drawings Using DUBAI ELECRICITY AND WATER AUTHORITY REGULATION AND ADDC. ? Preparation of Estidama, LPD (Lighting power density), LDN and WDN Package for Approval. ? Responsible for preparation of all kind of documents of authority approvals (DEWA, DCD, ETISALAT, DU and DM). ? Review Contractor?s electrical shop drawings in compliance with IFC drawings and specification. ? Advice architects regarding MEP space requirements by various authorities, i.e. DEWA,DCD,ETISALAT and DU.
