My self worked as a Professional chef since last 17 years , with expertise in pre opening the hotels and Restaurant with International Luxury brands like : Marriott , Starwood , Cruises and other Domestic Luxury brands .As per my Cooking skill spend 10 years in fine dining in european food worked with 16 Expat chefs to season myself to reach on perfection .I am also very ease on Indian , Japanese , Thai (Oriental Cuisine )and Arabic cuisine to understand depth of the Ingredients chemistry .
