Hi All, I have temporary resident card ( student) for latvia. Can I apply for work permit of Poland? Do I need to visit my home country to get work permit? Do I need both temporary residence card and work permit? Thanks

I think if you’re a student you automatically get a work permit. But, I would look into it through your school. I’m sure they would be a good resource. Read More

Yes, you can come and be in Poland for 90 days without a visa as a US citizen. But, if you do not have a visa (school or work) when applying for residency you’ll need to show proof of income, a place to stay, and there are a few other things. Read More
