Présentation

USA Wisconsin. I ran my own business for 50 years and am now retired. Winters are brutal here. (30 degrees below last night). Im looking for someplace in Equador, Costa Rica, Belize or somewhere near Merida Mexico. Prefer a small town, affordable, and with an expat community for friends and to learn the ropes from. Near water is a plus.
