Introduction
First of all, We are NOT expats if we are AMERICANS. THIS IS AMERICA. Puerto Rico is NOT a country: Since 1898 it has been and probably always will be, part of the USA. Which give it a really interesting mix of US and Latin but safe with the US backing and dollar!!
