There are many realty sites who acts as developers and resellers of Albanian realty. But actually they all seems freezed or, you know, to have very low interests to do something. Looks totally lazy. I e-mailed more then 15 agencies, but no one(!) ...
You have to be there in person to "speed" up the process and grease some palms. You are from Russia, you know what i mean. There is a lot of bureaucratic paperwork left over from old communist days. Read More
