I bought a small house with two rooms, a cellar and a small on a hill overlooking a small vineyard and Szekszard. I have since with the help of a few very good friends added a two story extension, the whole house was gutted and now the ground floor is 95% finished with a good size kitchen and dining room and a downstairs loo, the ground floor extension is a living room but I'm sleeping in it as well as the upstairs is far from finished. I'm getting quite good working with wood.
