I am a retired Coal Miner from VA.I spent 3 months in Paraguay in 1998. I loved the Country very much.I lived in Ciudad Del Este and Asuncion.I have tried to keep in touch with the news from there like the rate of inflation,politics etc.I would love to again live for at least one Year in Paraguay ! I am a widdower and could make the move if I could get up My nerve !
