We are a married retired couple wishing to move to Guatemala. We are by no means wealthy but have a very nice retirement. Patricia is a school teacher and I am retired. We are going to move and in the very near future. We need to rent until we can find something to buy. Any assistance in any area required to make the transition easier will be gratefully appreaciated. We will accept any and all good advice but are wise to the ways of the world so ripoff artist do not waste yours or our time.
