Introduction
We are looking for a new home in which to retire. We do not believe we can retire comfortably in the U.S. under present conditions. Our children are grown. So we are looking for a new adventure with our 2 pups. We live near Tampa, Florida, but have moved around as work has required. My name is Jim. My wife's name is Bonnie.

Bonnie and I have bought a condo and presently having it furnished and customized. We are also pursuing activities with the expat community here as well as taking Spanish classes 3 days a week.
Manta has good weather, is on the coast and is large enough to have most of the conveniences wr are used to.
