Originally South African lived in the US 13 years one year Manhattan , two years Salt Lake City ( no I'm not Mormon) eight years in Los Angeles two years Newport Beach. Moved to London then Brighton for Twelve years eleven of which had a restaurant & deli . My wife and I are chefs did global food including Mexican . Having been to Mexico and lived in California realised how bad Mexican food was in UK . Took a special interest and learned a lot. Moved to Dresden recently with my wife who is from Dresden. We are thinking of opening a Mexican street food operation. Carnitas Tortas , homemade soft tacos proper chipotle salsas etc. Interested to hook up with Americans see the potential
